Wild Rose is a friend whom I call on sparingly but when I feel pulled to call on her, it is often a day where my heart is heavy or in grief. This essence I find helps me to be more in touch with my emotions. I find myself better able to cry, move emotions out with less shame and judgement. This ally is a soothing balm for my heart when times feel heavy. Very useful in times of collective or personal grief.
