Here we are, twinkling open like the first buds of spring. Our bodies now syncing with the rhythms of stretching daylight, swelling rivers and the melodic symphony of birdsong.
What are you noticing? What do you sense within the chambers of your heart? Can you feel the gentle unfurling of your tissues as spring's warmth beckons skin towards sunshine? How are you tending to the altar of your body within these shifts and changing currents?
Join Sharon and Caitlyn for an afternoon of parasympathetic deliciousness.
Be guided through meditative and restorative yoga postures accompanied by hands-on craniosacral attunements, aimed to nourish and revitalize the autonomic nervous system.
You will receive a total of 20 minutes of hands-on time.
