About The Exploration
We begin with exploring the world of EARS and the art of LISTENING together, creating a collective web of imagination, then enter into a contemplative solo experience utilizing a combination of movement/dance, sensing, visualization and breath, then transition into a creative practice allowing us to intuitively access the somatic process through art, to gain a tangible perspective of our inner worlds to interact and communicate with. We aim to activate a deeper awareness and understanding of our anatomy, physiology and personal mythology. To free our bodies and connect with our creativity in a resourceful, embodied way with curiosity and play.(drawing, creative writing, poetry, etc.)
