I have slept poorly for the last 20 years. I don’t want to use sleeping pills so I gave this product a try. I am using my second bottle and while using the two bottles I have had very few sleepless nights. My sleep dropped off immediately when I ran out of the first bottle. The second night after receiving the second bottle my sleep improved. I am very happy.
