This essence brings about a very beautiful feeling of expansiveness to my body. One of my favorite ways to spend time with her is to do a brief meditation with a few drops in my mouth. I find the most profound effect to be one which makes me want to stretch and move, almost immediately. If I spend time with this friend in the morning, I find myself more open to free movement, more likely to move in sillier ways than usual and overall, have a better sense humor! The shame banisher!
