SOMATICS, MOVEMENT + CREATIVE EXPRESSION

A gently guided somatic movement exploration, remembering the body as a creative resource. Held and informed by the primordial (craniosacral) tides...Bridging movement, creativity and breath.

These explorations are crafted to awaken the poetic + parasympathetic praises of body, nervous system, psyche and collective web of embodiment.
